Tools that run on this device
For a tool labelled as processed on this device, the processing code reads the selected file or text in your browser. It does not send that file or result to Lahore.win. The team has no file-content view for those local operations because the content is not sent to our application.
Inputs and results are held in the open page while you work. Use Clear to reset a tool. When you refresh, close or leave the page, the page cleanup removes its form values, stops its worker and releases temporary result URLs. The browser and operating system control memory cleanup; this is not a promise of forensic erasure from device memory, backups or swap.
What stays in this browser
Favourites, recent tool names and the collapsed-menu preference are saved in this browser’s local storage. Recent history contains the tool name and time, not your selected file, entered content or result. Use Security & privacy to clear these Lahore.win preferences. Downloaded files remain wherever your browser saved them.
Accounts and uploads
This preview has no user registration, login or account sync. No file-upload-to-cloud tool is enabled. The backend/API scaffolding is not connected to provider accounts. If a future feature sends content to a service, we will identify the fields, destination, purpose and retention before enabling it, and ask for a clear choice.
Website requests
Opening pages necessarily sends ordinary web requests. Hosting, network and security providers may receive technical metadata such as IP address, requested page, time and browser information under their own policies. This is separate from the contents processed by a local tool. No analytics or advertising scripts are installed in this build.
AI assistance
Cloud AI is off. Local tool search runs in your browser. If cloud assistance is added later, it will be disabled until configured and will show what question text is sent and which provider receives it. File attachments will not be accepted by the planned assistant endpoint.
Encryption wording
Local processing is not end-to-end encryption. End-to-end encryption applies when information is encrypted for a specific recipient and the service cannot read it. Lahore.win does not currently offer account messaging or file storage that uses that model, so we do not claim it.
